Want to jump higher? Try this exercise! 🔥

Do 3 sets of 12 reps.

Begin standing with your knees slightly bent and your heels raised about a quarter of an inch.

Using only your calves, hop as high as you can.

Make sure you land on your toes and with your knees slightly bent.

While you should be mindful of using your calf muscles to keep your heels from hitting the ground as you land, it is also important to let your knees bend slightly to avoid excessive strain through the knee joints.

We're saying a warm (and slightly teary) goodbye to our amazing PT aide, Paige. Your kindness, dedication, and energy have meant the world to our team and patients. Thank you for all the laughs, support, and positivity you brought to the clinic every day — we’ll miss you and wish you all the best on your next adventure! 💙🫶

Meet Sarah! Our newest addition to TAI! She is a physical therapist aide who loves helping others on their journey to recovery. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her horses. Her passion for movement and care shines through in the support she provides every day.

Today marks a bittersweet moment as we say goodbye to Kevyn, who started with us as a Physical Therapy Aide and has now wrapped up this chapter of his journey.

From day one, Kevyn brought incredible energy, compassion, and dedication to our team. He dove right in, assisting with patient care, helping with rehabilitation exercises, and always going the extra mile to ensure our patients felt supported. Watching his growth—from someone new to the field to a skilled and confident aide—has been a true pleasure.

You’ve been an integral part of our team, Kevyn, and your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to making a difference in our patients’ lives will not be forgotten. Thank you for all your hard work and for the lasting impact you've made on our practice.
