ROCC Recovery Outreach Community Center Recovery Outreach Community Center (ROCC) is a peer-run, trauma-informed community, creating safe spaces for all.

ROCC is a peer-run, trauma-informed community center for those seeking recovery and wellness. We have several daily support groups, community activities, computers, peer support and more. ROCC is open 7-days a week and all services are free.
