I’m on year 11 of being vegan for the animals, and I only wish I would have started sooner. So grateful to my amazing partner for doing it with me. I was vegetarian for 2 years before I met him, so it’s been 13 years of no meat. I can honestly say not eating animals started my spiritual journey. I deeply believe all sentient beings deserve love, freedom and happiness. Which is also why I believe everything is political. F**K ICE and F**K FACTORY FARMS.

My soul animal was 16 years old when she left earth and I don’t doubt for a second she waited for my son to come to earth so she could leave. I miss her every day and I am so happy she visits me in my dreams.

I have spoken about my sobriety on here before and I am so proud to say I am 3 years sober! Alcohol was the escape from my repressed emotions and insecurities. Living without is has been one of the best decisions I could have done for my overall health, physically and mentally.

I am a huge matcha lover and can shamelessly say caffeine is my one vice 😅 If I don’t have a good cup of matcha in my hand then it’s coffee (half caff). With the state of the world, I am grateful to only lean on caffeine 😁

I love hiking and exploring nature with my little family! I didn’t grow up doing this, so I feel it’s special to show my son how to be in and respect nature. We have the best daddy in the world to educate us on all the insects and reptiles we see outdoors 😍

One of my favorite hobbies is going nonverbal and looking for 4 leaf clovers and agates! I have loved looking for agates/pretty rocks since I was a kid. It’s meditative for me and one of my favorite ways to ground myself with mother earth.

Live music is so fun! I don’t get the opportunity to see as many artists as I would like now that I’m a mama but hoping I can expose my little guy to good live music as he gets older. Music is healing and it’s so special.

Always looking for and trying new vegan restaurants is THE BEST!! I love cooking and I love food. Getting to see and taste all the amazing vegan options we find makes my heart and belly very happy 😋🥰

I love cacao and adore it in ceremony. It’s a beautiful plant medicine from mother earth and I am so grateful for the opportunity to use it in ceremony.

It’s a part of my culture and I know my ancestors used it.

To feel connected to the cacao, to myself and to humans in my community is such a gift.
