Attention Peer Support Specialists! Did you know that Project ABLE offers FREE Continuing Education Units (CEUs)?!

CEUs are typically offered at Project ABLE on the first and third Fridays of each month from 1-3pm. These two-hour courses are worth 2 CEUs each and you may join in-person at our Salem office or via the Zoom room on our website! No pre-registration required!

We've been sharing a lot about our upcoming walk on Saturday, May 17th, and all the fun that's coming, but we haven't talked about why we walk and why NAMIWalks Northwest exists.

The walk is much more than a walk-- it's a day to bring our community together and break the stigma against mental health. It's a day to show those who live with a mental illness that they are not alone and that they have a whole community supporting them.

The funds raised at the walk, directly support all of NAMI Oregon's and our affiliate's top-rated programs for years to come. For the last two years, we served over 15,000 individuals through our programming, a number that we are excited to see grow.

This is a direct testament to all of the work YOU put in last few years to make our walk day amazing.

So, thank you, our community members, for all your support.

We hope to see you on Saturday, May 17th at Peninsula Park!

Register for the walk here: www.namiwalks.org/northwest
