I reached out to Rachel for help weaning my 20-month-old. She really helped me understand my emotional attachment to nursing that was keeping us stuck in our patterns and helped set me on a journey (which I continued with my therapist) of healing and ultimately feeling ready to let go of nursing. As she said he would, my son quickly picked up on my confidence as I set limits around nursing.
