Welcome to our new page! We are a general family medicine practice located in Salem, OR and we use a direct primary care (DPC) model while offering a monthly membership program. Direct pay is a business model that emphasizes patient care. Because we don’t contract with insurance companies, the doctor can focus on the patient and not be dictated to by the constraints of the insurance company model.

Wellness and Recovery of Salem has a semaglutide program available to it's patients. Patients can come to the office and receive weekly injection of semaglutide. The weekly cost is $50.00 per injection up to 1.0. Any injection higher then 1.0 is $80.00 per injection. If you would like to know more information please give us a call at (503) 589-0539.

DPC For the Win!
Recently a patient was in need of a medication. For 90 tablets of the name brand medication it cost $850.00!
