🌟✨ What a fantastic 48 hours it has been for our wonderful residents! 🎉 From our lively happy hour filled with laughter and great conversations to the delightful kiwi parfait bar that added a sweet touch to our day, the fun never stopped! 🍹🥝

We splashed into some exciting water games, bringing out everyone’s competitive spirit while soaking up the sun. 💦🏖️ And let’s not forget our creative avocado craft session! It was a joy to see our residents express their artistic sides while sharing stories and smiles. 🥑🎨

Staying active and engaged is so important for our seniors. It not only promotes physical well-being but also fosters meaningful connections and keeps the spirit alive! Let’s continue to celebrate life’s little moments together! ❤️

Join us in celebrating Debbie Neff, our July Team Member of the Month! 🎉 With over 30 years as an Occupational Therapist, Debbie has brought wisdom, compassion, and joy to every life she’s touched. A proud graduate of Washington University School of Medicine, she’s spent the last seven years with the Friendship family, making a lasting impact—first at FHRC-North and now at Salem Terrace, where she’s truly become part of the heart of our community. 💙

From homeschooling her two daughters to finding peace in nature through hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees, Debbie’s spirit is as vibrant as the world she loves to explore. 🌻🐝🌿

Debbie says it best: “Working at Salem Terrace feels like family.”
As she begins a new chapter in South Carolina, we’re so grateful for the connections she’s built with residents, families, and fellow team members.

We’re thrilled to announce the kickoff of our much-anticipated Shark Week 2025! A massive shoutout to Affinity Care of Virginia for leading our thrilling shark-themed carnival games today! 🥳 You won’t want to miss the chance to engage in some fin-tastic activities!

And guess who's coming to join the fun? Our very own “Tank” the Sharkweek Mascot will be making daily appearances, ready to take pictures and spread the shark love! 📸🐋

Did you know? Sharks have been around for over 400 million years, making them one of the oldest living species on Earth! 🦈✨

Our residents poured their hearts, creativity, and talent into every piece — and it shows! From beautiful crafts to heartfelt displays, their work continues to inspire and amaze.
