This week was our last week to be open to the public. You may still contact us by using our text service at 417-827-7459 for any requests you may have. Any optical Rx request will be released provided you have been seen within the last year. Other requests will be handled based on what is needed.
We are working on getting our glaucoma patients records ready for pick up. Those will be ready by December 31. We will contact you personally when they are ready.
We appreciate you patience and your patronage the past 35 years.

Today is bitter/sweet. It marks the end of seeing patients at Family Eye Care, Dr. White's office. Today is our last day with patients. Our doors will officially close December 15, 2024. We have been blessed to serve our patients in Salem, MO for over 35 years. We will be in and out of the office the next two months and handling any patient requests before our final day. We have set up a text service phone number 417-827-7459. Please leave your name, cell number and a brief message., allow 48 hours for a response. This is a text service only. We will have office hours on Wednesday's only
from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m. Even though this brings a big change in our lives we will miss all of patients we have come to know over the years. Thank you all so much and God Bless.

We are back in the office after a brief stint with this sinus stuff going around. We are almost back to normal. Our office hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Thank you for you patience, prayers and understanding during this time. We look forward to servicing your eye care needs.

Dr. White will be out of the office from Sept. 21 to October 17 for his second Knee surgery. Please keep him in your prayer the next few weeks for a safe and speedy recovery. Our office will be closed until Oct 10. We are very thankful for all our friends and look forward to returning to normal very soon. Thank you.

Starting April 28, 2022 through June 7, 2022 we will have limited office hours for pick up of glasses and contact lens or medication refills due to Dr. White being out for knee surgery. We will open Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10:00 to 4:00 and Thursdays 10: 00 to 2:00.
Please keep us in your prayers. He should be back in the office seeing patients after the first week of June.
