Hey Mountain Ju**ies! Saturday is Twisted Trail 10k in New London, VA. We are so excited to spend the morning with the Blue Ridge Trail Runners on those beautiful trails! You can still sign up online! Packet Pick Up will only be today (Thursday, 4/30) at Gilbert Chiropractic from 10-1 & 3-6 and (Saturday, 5/2) RACE DAY at New London from 7:15am - 8:45am. We can't wait to see everyone!

The Twisted Trail 10k is on Thursday December 18, 2025 to Saturday May 2, 2026. It includes the following events: Twisted Trail 10k, Twisted Trail 10k Virtual Run, and Twisted Trail Bundle.

Hey Mountain Ju**ies! Make sure you sign up for Twisted Trail 10k by Midnight tonight (Tuesday 4/7) to make sure you received a t-shirt in your size (Men's and Women's sizes available)! Twisted Trail 10k is put on by the Blue Ridge Trail Runners at New London Tech Trails. They always do a great job and the trails are super fun! Hope to see everyone there!

Hey Mountain Ju**ies! Mineshaft 10k is Saturday! The Race is SOLD OUT! Packet Pick Up will be today (Thursday 4/2) at Gilbert Chiropractic from 3pm - 6pm, tomorrow (Friday 4/3) at Fleet Feet Roanoke from 10am - 6pm and Saturday Morning (Race Day 4/4) at Bearwallow Parking Lot from 7:15am - 8:30am. We are excited for everyone to see a new trail! It looks like it will be a beautiful day to be in the woods!
