We are excited to announce another amazingly talented LMT has joined West Salem Wellness. Tamara Freeman Pugmire studied massage therapy at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics where she mastered a wide array of massage modalities. She has several years of experience and offers both relaxation/swedish massage along with more Therapeutic detailed work for stubborn problem areas. A recent client reviewed her massage as "smooth, relaxation that melted her into the table and released all her tension" .

Tamara is available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-5:30 p.m. with additional hours to come.

We are so excited to add this amazing therapist to the team. Will Mclaughlin, L.M.T.
has serveral years of experience in both the medical massage feild and a spa setting. In the short time he has been in the office we've received nothing but amazing feedback from the clients, "BEST neck work ever", "highly professional and intuitive ", "took the time to share stretches to help with my discomfort".

Will attended one of the best massage schools in Oregon East West College of Healing Arts where he's mastered a number of massage modalities.

He describes his massage as a combination of long, flowing, effleurage strokes of “Lomi-Lomi” with myofascial release and structural integration approaches to create a truly one of a kind massage experience that is as equally relaxing as it is therapeutic.

We are very excited to welcome Melissa Renzi, L.M.T. to the West Salem Wellness team. Melissa studied a wide variety of massage modalities at the amazing East West College of Massage Therapy in Portland, Oregon. Melissa has many tools under her belt including, deep tissue, Swedish massage, fascial rolling (she's a master) myofascial release and hot stone therapy. Her schedule is now available on Fridays, a variety of Thursdays and some Saturdays.
