After 3 children and a 25 lb weight loss, this 49-year-old patient was interested in body contouring options. She had an abdominoplasty, breast augmentation, breast lift and liposuction of posterior flanks (muffin top), and liposuction of her trochanteric – buttock (saddle bags) area. Post-operative pictures were taken 7 ½ months after surgery. She was very pleased with her results!

Having 3 children and a 60 lb weight gain during these pregnancies, this 37-year-old patient worked hard to lose her baby weight and came to see the doctor for contouring of her abdomen. She had an extended abdominoplasty, and at her final appointment which was 8 months after surgery. She was very pleased with her results!

When she came in to consult with the doctor, her weight had been stable for over a year and was interested in body contouring all areas. She had an abdominoplasty, breast reduction, back lift and brachioplasty. She returned six months post op and was very pleased with her results!

After having a child, this 32-year-old came in to discuss breast augmentation with Dr. Leonard. She wanted a significant size increase, while remaining proportional to her body. Implants used were Allergan Natrelle smooth round full profile implants, with a volume of 560cc on the left and 520cc on the right. She came in for her final check up with Dr. Leonard 6 months after surgery and she was very pleased that her goals had been met.

She had an extremely successful weight loss of 180 lbs. and stayed at a stable weight for many years prior to her consultation with the doctor. This petite 34-year-old patient came in to consult with the doctor about her abdomen and breasts. She had two pregnancies where she gained significant weight and both babies were 10 lbs. She had a significant disruption of her abdominal wall, also called a diastasis re**us deformity, and an umbilical hernia that needed repair. The doctor recommended an abdominoplasty, hernia repair, liposuction of her posterior flanks (muffin top) and breast augmentation. She proceeded with all procedures and implants were Mentor shaped, tall height, high profile with a volume of 290cc. At her 7-month post op visit. She was very happy with her final results!
