This week has been a difficult one. My mother has moved onto a place of peace and rest where angels like her belong. She has been my supporter since day one, an example of hard work and compassion my whole life, and the best mother a son could ask for! Our final words; we told each other we loved each other and we’ll talk later. Forever grateful for those words 💜 I look forward to that talk later!

Today’s beautiful sunny day reminds me of this summer where I got a photo-op with Eagly a 38 yr old trained Bald Eagle from ‘s on . Later my friends and I auditioned with Eagly for STEP BROTHERS 2: 3 MEN & AN EAGLE. Could be great 😉!Hope you enjoy the sun 🌞 today!!

What exciting news from our friends over , a local non-profit! They’ve moved south of Keizer into Salem with a bigger facility and are offering Saturday family classes free for the month of June starting this Saturday. We’ve had staff, parents and patients all participate in these great workouts and sport with their amazing coaches and wanted to pass along this fun opportunity!! You can drop in to observe or participate for a short or long workout. Pass along the good news and we hope you have a great workout!

Enjoying a staycation this week? We’ve got 5 suggestions that might just keep you entertained.

Regal currently has 3 locations around Salem and has treated us well in the past. Both theater groups offer great Tuesday pricing and have special events to look out for.

5. Cuddle up when the rain starts, watch something fun and enjoy some home cooking 🍳 or maybe easier… take out!
