Today we rolled up our sleeves for an outdoor clean up day - and even our WV North Market President, Josh Stone, jumped right in to help pull weeds! ��

From sprucing up the flower beds to polishing our entryways, our staff and managers worked side-by-side to make sure our grounds reflect the warmth and care we provide inside.

Because first impressions start at the curb....and ours just got a big glow-up! �
Thank you Salem Center Staff and Josh Stone for loving Salem Center outside as much as you do the resident's on the inside.

At Salem Center, we believe heroes deserve more than just thanks - they deserve to be cared for and served.

On Thursday, September 11, 2026, from 8:00 - 10:00 am, we're opening our doors and our hearts to all First Responders with a FREE Breakfast - whether you'd like to dine in with us or grab it to go on your route.

Firefighters, EMTs, police officers, dispatchers, and all who serve in emergencies - your courage, sacrifice, and service do not go unnoticed. This is our way of saying "THANK YOU" for running toward the need when others run away.

Come enjoy a warm meal, a warm smile, and a warm reminder that this community stands behind you. ❤️

From Homeless to Home Sweet Home!!!

Today we celebrate a beautiful milestone for one of our residents. When Deborah first came to us, she was homeless and in critical need of care. But with the compassion and support of our nursing team and social worker, Lacey Campbell, she's now walking into a brand new chapter....with the keys to her very own apartment.

This is more then just a success story - it's a reminder that healing happens here and hope always has a home.

Our residents had an amazing time at our Luau celebration this week! � From fun games and tropical daiquiris �to lively music and lots of laughter, it was a true getaway right here at Salem Center.

Seeing our residents dancing, smiling, and enjoying the island vibes reminded us important these moments of joy and connection are. �
