ent and assisted living facilities. Early in her career, Pam Gray, Bonaventure COO, served as a house coordinator for Farmington Square. This position afforded her the opportunity to interact with residents and learn firsthand what types of activities and amenities mattered most to them. According to Pam Gray, Bonaventure Senior Living serves seniors in situations ranging from independent living to hospice care. She explains that, as a house coordinator, she gained valuable hands-on experience with these residents. Later, as an Administrator, Pam Gray, Bonaventure COO, supervised a staff of clinical and administrative personnel. This position offered a new perspective on senior care for Pam Gray. Bonaventure Senior Living employs hundreds of skilled medical and nonmedical personnel, and the position of Administrator required expertise in balancing budgets and coordinating medical care and supplies. Currently Pam Gray, as Bonaventure COO, uses her many years of experience to guide and educate Bonaventure staff in order to create a more harmonious living adventure for the residents of Bonaventure. In addition to her involvement with Farmington, Pam Gray of Bonaventure has worked with struggling care centers to help them regain momentum and not only earn a profit for investors but to become a more engaged local business within the surrounding community. Over her career, she has maintained that residents were her first and foremost priority and has proven this time and again. Pam Gray, Bonaventure COO, continues to uphold this system of beliefs through Bonaventure’s superior network of care. According to Pam Gray, Bonaventure Senior Living is a network of 37 separate campuses with over 4,400 suites. Each location is individually designed with livability in mind.
