With over 10 years of experience, as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Level Two Certification in Drug and Alcohol Counseling, I work with a broad spectrum of issues. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized approach tailored

to each of my clients. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. I work with a broad range of issues and goals with special interest in the following areas:

Addiction and the impact addiction has on the family
Relationships and intimacy
Anxiety and depression
Challenging life transitions
Adolescents and young adults
Mate selection
Pregnancy loss and fertility issues
First time parenting issues

EDUCATION:

Bachelor of Science, University of Oregon 1991
Masters in Counseling Psychology, Lewis and Clark College 1998
