Almost, 4 years ago today, I started working in a role in education to assist with the newly formed bariatric program at Lewis gale Medical Center. 3 months later I would transition to be the new Nursing Coordinator and find a passion and love I didn't know existed.

Working hard in 2 years time, to become a Comprehensive Accredited Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Center through ASMBS has been one of my biggest accomplishments to date in my 17 year nursing career.

I look forward to continuing to grow the Bariatric Surgery Program at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem Virginia and impacting the lives of our patients daily!
