Last week was a bit busy, we had a Easter Bunny visit and Easter Party. We also had a past resident's sister and her church ladies come in and pass out gifts to all the residents. Salem Wal-Mart donated treat bags for our residents as well. Thank you so much Wal-Mart the resident loved it. Sandy Thank you to you and your church group it was absolutely wonderful how you thought of the residents and was greatly appreciated. We took many pictures and had fun.

This month has been so much fun! We went to our first outing to Jalisco's and then yesterday we went to Totally 80s Ice Ice Cream Shoppe . The residents had so much fun and loved what they got. We planned our next trip there on May 22nd and they can't wait.
Thank you for your hospitality and the wonderful sized portions for the price. We will see you next month :-)

We had our 1st outing of the year yesterday. We went to Jalisco's for lunch, then a country ride around Guilford Lake and other back roads and ended our day with Ice Cream from DQ. Everyone had a great time and can't wait for our next outing.

It is with a great deal of sadness that within a few weeks we celebrated one last time with our Administrator Chelsea on Administrators Day and shed tears with Chelsea who has accepted a Administrators position at another facility. We are going to miss her so much, she was an amazing administrator and friend. Good Luck Chelsea and Best Wishes!!!

We celebrated Chocolate Covered Strawberries day with making our own. The best part was eating them. They sure were delicious and the residents did a fantastic job covering the strawberries in chocolate.

We celebrated Mardi Gras/ Fat Tuesday with King Cake, beads and games. Everyone loved the cake so did some of our staff.

Our Trunk or Treat was a huge success!!! Residents came outside and passed out candy as well as having some cars decorated. Thank you to residents families and staff for doing such great jobs on their trunks.

Elvis was in the house yesterday! We had so much fun with him. Everyone was singing along or dancing to some of our favorite songs. Staff and residents had a blast! Happy Birthday Chuck H and we are so thankful you shared your Elvis with the rest of us. Chuck's brother got Elvis for Chuck b/c he is his favorite singer and idol. Thank you Ron!!!!
