Group Objectives:
This six-week couples group is designed to help couples strengthen their relationship by addressing the top five issues that commonly arise in relationships: communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, financial management, and trust. Through a combination of expert guidance, practical exercises, and open discussions, couples will learn essential skills such as active listening, healthy conflict resolution techniques, maintaining emotional and physical intimacy, managing finances together, and rebuilding trust after betrayal. The group will encourage couples to set mutual goals, create long-term strategies for relationship growth, and develop a deeper understanding of each other, fostering stronger and more resilient partnerships.

Visualize it. Define it. Believe it. Take one step at a time towards it. 💛

Do it for you because the most important relationship you’ll have in the world is with yourself.

☀️Seeing it helps you know what you’re looking for. Otherwise you’ll always be looking but not finding cause you don’t what it looks like.

☀️Defining it will breed an emotion that will drive you. It teaches you how to articulate the very thing you want. As humans we operate from the definitions we create for ourselves and things/people around us. Explore your definitions and reframe accordingly.

☀️Believe in yourself tells the universe you’re ready. Any doubt, negativity or lack-mindset will create blocks that tells the universe you’re not ready. Be delusional with your beliefs. What do you have to lose?

☀️Consistent Baby steps towards your goals breed more knowledge and information on what to keep doing to get to what you’re looking for. Make a task list of what’s necessary for any given goal and focus ON ONE AT A TIME. Go slow. No one is competing with you. That’s a construct created to keeps us distracted.
