Kids don't know how to say that they're stressed, but their bodies will show you!

As with adults, their ability to eat, sleep, and p**p are BIG clues into how their nervous systems are working.

For babies, those clenched fist are cute, but could be a sign that they are struggling.

For elementary aged kids, they should be able to focus on a task for the same amount of minutes as their age. 5 year olds should be able to focus for 5 minutes.

Pay attention to the little clues. Their nervous system health matters.
