With the sun in fertile Virgo, the moon swimming the mystical depths of Pisces, and a lunar eclipse - the universe presents you with a powerful opportunity for revelation and reset. Invite this potent energy in as you move through a meditative, slow, and fluid flow to recalibrate your body, mind, and spirit. Make space for clarity and connection; rest with great intention and stillness. Experience an extended yoga nidra practice supported by reiki and bathed by the sounds of crystal and Tibetan sound bowls.

Chrissy Vaccaro offers a number of wellness modalities including deeply connected yoga practices, guided meditation, and reiki. Her boundless love for the natural, elemental world is woven seamlessly into her classes. Chrissy is a scientist, artist, and a musician, seeking to mindfully cultivate fun and authenticity while drawing on her personal experiences to hold space for others.

Zoë Dale guides centering classes that combine the classical roots of yoga, the creativity of vinyasa, and somatic integration. She is a formally-trained musician and studied traditional sound healing practices in Nepal + Sri Lanka. Zoë has a deep appreciation for the simple wisdom inherent in nature and loves music, travel, and books. She works as a birth and postpartum doula.
