What is Distance Reiki? You and I set up a time where you can be quiet and still for the duration of the session. Prior to this, we have discussed anything you want to address. I will prepare in advance by meditating and then activate the distance symbol and begin sending. Sometimes people receiving fall asleep. This is totally natural. Gentle Reiki energy trandsends time and space to reduce stress and anxiety by allowing the universal life force energy to balance and harmonize your energy.
