Like the rest of you we have over a foot of snow to deal with. Once cleared and safe to head out we will open the pharmacy. Ill repost when we do.

If this is what our town looks like on Monday - which is very possible - the pharmacy will open much later than normal hours. We will also work with a skeleton crew as I won't have our crew drive in from Rocky Hill, Ledyard, Groton etc to get here.

So...please...if you need medications filled, act now. Call the pharmacy 860-949-8624 and request your refills. We are open today 9 - 530pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.

With a skeleton crew, we will only process ER scripts ( ie antibiotics, ER pain meds, etc )...not general refills.

By Tuesday life will return to normal I'd imagine!

Our internet service has been down since Friday's storms. We have been working nonstop with Comcast to try and fix this issue. Ultimately it appears something got "fried" from pole to us requiring a technician repair. Comcast reports a large number of technicians are off for the holiday. Fantastic. While we are on a critical repair list, the earliest time slot we have been guaranteed is the 24th. From now until we have been repaired, our service options are extremely limited. If you are a current patient taking a medication that you need immediately, please BRING YOUR BOTTLE to the pharmacy. We can add a few pills to the bottle at this time. If you need a new medication that you know your doctor sent to us, we cannot retrieve it yet. We will as soon as our services are up. If critical, please call your doctor and have them send that prescription to another pharmacy at this time. I am sorry. This is ridiculous. We know that. Wendy Salem Pharmacy
