A birth doula is a trained birth professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to a mother before, during and just after birth. The birth of your baby is something you will remember for the rest of your life. Crystal has a passion for helping mothers discover their hopes and dreams for their birth and then walking with them to see them through. In a culture where fear of childbirth is instilled at a very young age, it is Crystal's goal to help mothers understand the birthing process and trust their bodies innate ability to give birth.
