I am a licensed massage therapist, LMT # 13914, specializing in Swedish, CranioSacral, Zero Balancing, I’ve got your back!

I have over 18 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist. My goal is to give people a place where they can be at complete ease and not have to worry about a single thing, even if it’s just for an hour. I want you to have a massage experience that combines what you want from a massage and what your body needs for healing. I incorporate natural healing balms and essential oils, catered to your individual needs. I got into massage to be able to facilitate healing, and I’m skilled in assessing the best way to help you. I truly believe that all things are meant to heal, I’m here to guide you through the process. I use a combination of the following techniques:
Swedish Eclectic, CranioSacral Therapy, Zero Balancing, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Deep Relaxation and Reiki.
