Due to a mix of precipitation across the county and several bridges and side roads that have become slick, Livingston County Schools will operate on a TWO HOUR DELAY today, January 21st, 2026. The district will reevaluate to see if conditions improve and will notify families once a decision has been made. There will be NO AM preschool.

We are running our annual Snack Pack Program a little late in the school year!

The Snack Pack Program provides kids with easily prepared food and snacks during the weekends when they may not have access to food.

Please stop by the store to make a donation or purchase one of the qualifying food items and drop it in the drop bin in our foyer! Let’s help feed the kids of Livingston County! ❤️

There will be a county wide, all grade level cheer clinic on Saturday 2/7, from 9-12 at LCHS. This fundraiser will support LCHS cheer.

In honor of Heart Month in February, you can get a heart scan, or CT Cardiac Scoring, for only $75!

A Heart Scan is a Computed Tomography (CT) exam used to evaluate the coronary arteries for plaque and other anomalies to determine if you are at risk for heart disease. The exam only takes 15 minutes, there is no prep and it is non-invasive.

The library is hosting the Driver Pop-Up Licensing Event on February 05, 2026 from 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM for Livingston County. This event is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Visit drive.ky.gov for appointments starting January 22. Please remember the library 's staff cannot schedule an appointment for people.
