Little Bits of Me :)

Chantal (she/her). A very distinct moment changed everything for me. I was gaining more energy as I explored a healthier connection to food and I had a thought that I wanted to try to do something I’d never been able to do. A cartwheel. That is, quite literally, how I found yoga.

From 20minutes twice a week to a relentless urge to practice in some way each day. I’m not rigid human at all, so that practice is pretty fluid. I am grateful and trust me, gratitude was not my jam for a very long time. I couldn’t get there no matter how hard I tried.

In the fall of 2015, I dove into my 200hr yoga teacher training. I wanted and needed to learn more so in the spring of 2019, I went through more training and am now a 500hr E-RYT. The more I learn, the more I can share the beauty and the life this practice has given me. So... I’m always learning :)

These days you can find me exploring a variety of philosophy’s and my practice is deeply interwoven with a connection to spirit & my intuition. I do my best to cultivate that each day. Sometimes that arrives as a nap in the forest I call home, or loud singing, or a bike ride. Sometimes it is a Yoga asana practice. More often its exploring a variety of ways to meditate which includes tying knots in-between the beads of a mala.
