Our residents were treated to an Amalfi Coast-inspired summer tea luncheon, complete with a delicious lemon and blueberry inspired menu created by our talented culinary team. Surrounded by Italian music, elegant table settings, and assortments of tea and coffee, it was truly a taste of la dolce vita. We also had the pleasure of celebrating Annie and Rosie’s birthdays, making the day even sweeter!

We were thrilled to welcome our sister communities and to Salem Woods for a lively performance by the Nottingham Brass Quintet! The talented quintet had toes tapping and hands clapping as we all soaked in the joyful atmosphere. It was a wonderful day filled with friendship, connection, and the simple pleasure of sharing music together. We’re already looking forward to the next time we gather!

Residents enjoyed an interactive Sushi Masterclass led by our talented Restaurant Operations Director, Mary. They explored the rich history, cultural significance, proper etiquette, and the different types of sushi before rolling up their sleeves for a hands-on sushi-making experience. It was a fun, flavorful, and unforgettable adventure for all!

Residents enjoyed an outing to the Seacoast Science Center, where they explored marine life exhibits and learned more about our oceanic world. The day was complete with a picnic lunch by the water at Odiorne Point, perfectly tying into this month’s ocean-inspired theme!
