I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Brainz Magazine as an Executive Contributor. Over the next few months, I’ll be writing about trauma‑informed healing, emotional wellness, and the real work of navigating life with compassion and clarity.

It means a lot to be part of a global platform that brings together leaders, helpers, and creatives who care about growth and meaningful impact.
