Hey! And Happy Friday.

One of massage's most important benefits is to calm down our nervous systems. This reduces blood pressure, reduces heart attack risk, improves quality of sleep, decreases pain and actually EXTENDS OUR LIFE EXPECTANCY.

I love massage for stress relief and pain reduction but we can't hop on the table every time a stressor appears. Here is a proven technique that I use and I teach my kids to slow down and calm down.

Its super easy.
4-4-4-4
Breathe in for 4 seconds. Hold for 4. Breathe out for 4. Hold for 4. Repeat.

NEW REDUCED RATE OPTION
If you haven't already seen, there is a new reduced rate option online to help with accessibility for those who would like to come in more regularly but are linitted by finances. This is open to anyone. You don't need to "apply" or show proof of anything. There is a limited reduced rate appointments monthly so I ask you only book one reduced rate appointment a month.
