Healing happens in the liminal spaces of life.

This spring, under the Pink Moon, I’m bringing it all together.

I’ve partnered with Cassie Morningstar and Peter May at Joyful Journey Hot Springs to create Pink Moon: Womb, Ritual & Renewal — an intentionally timed women’s retreat devoted to nervous system healing, flower medicine, womb work, and seasonal initiation.

This retreat falls on a powerful anniversary for me, making it both personal and ceremonial.

We’ll gather in a flower-filled yurt, soak in healing waters, explore Pancha Kosha-informed yoga therapy, receive Mayan abdominal healing, and recieve evening with a sound healing journey guided by Peter.

It feels like an integration of everything I have studied, practiced, and lived over the past 20+ years.
