Somewhere along the way, we lost the art of crossing thresholds with intention.

We rush through endings. We numb the in-between.
We forget that rest, ritual, and reverence are how the soul recalibrates for what’s next.

RENEW Retreat 2026 was born to reclaim that rhythm —
to restore belonging where disconnection has taken root.

This six-day journey through Puerto Vallarta’s jungle coast invites you to slow down long enough to listen, to remember, to prepare the inner temple of your being.

You’ll arrive at the Vallarta Botanical Gardens, walk in silence among wild orchids, and begin to downshift from hurry into holiness. Through ritual, ceremony, and sacred stillness,
you’ll be guided across your own threshold — from exhaustion into embodiment, from fragmentation into wholeness.

Let the resonance of Himalayan bowls and gongs wash over you as you move through gentle stretching, breath, and guided meditation designed to still the mind, soften the body, and open the heart to Presence.

There’s a truth I’ve learned again and again:
Rest should never be a privilege.

And yet, for far too many women — especially those carrying the weight of systemic inequity and generational exhaustion — access to deep rest, healing, and spiritual renewal remains out of reach.

That’s why I created The Lotus Fund.
A scholarship initiative to uplift and empower BIPOC and marginalized women to experience the healing power of retreat through RENEW 2026 and beyond.

The lotus is our symbol — rooted in mud, rising toward the light.
It reminds us that beauty and resilience are born from the same soil.

Through this fund, we’re not just providing financial support —
we’re practicing creation care, community care, and collective healing. Because when one woman is renewed, her whole community rises with her.

Between now and April 2026, I’m personally giving my first fruits — 10% of my household income — to this fund.

It’s my way of sowing into the soil of equity, so that all women — regardless of circumstance — can rest, heal, and remember they belong.

Every morning, creation answers that question without hesitation.
The sun rises. The tide returns. The flowers open — even after the storm.

At RENEW Retreat 2026, we join in that conversation.
Through the practice of Morning Altars, we gather leaves, petals, stones, and seeds — sacred fragments of the landscape — and arrange them into living prayers.
Each altar becomes a mirror for the inner landscape: a reflection of what’s blooming, what’s shedding, and what’s asking to be released.

This is more than art.
It’s communion.
A collaboration with the Creator and the creation.

Because when our hands meet the earth, our hearts remember what the mind forgets —
