Thank you to everyone who helped make our Seva Hospice Holiday Toy Drive such a beautiful success. Because of your generosity, this tree is surrounded by joy, hope, and gifts that will soon bring smiles to children and families in our community. 🎄 ✨

We are grateful to provide the toy drive barrels and deliver every gift and overflow donation to the Salvation Army in preparation for their Family Day celebration.

Holiday cheer was in full swing at our Dhillon Healthcare Group Employee Appreciation celebration with Seva Hospice, CareOne Home Health, and Legacy Home Care Services. 💜🧡🤍

From festive indoor moments to an outdoor lunch with delicious food, sweet treats, and lots of laughter, it was a beautiful way to celebrate our incredible teams. ✨

A special highlight was spending time with our beloved pet therapy dog, Saige the Goldendoodle, who brought extra smiles, comfort, and joy to the day. 🌟

The Philosophy of Seva

The word "Seva" is a Sanskrit word meaning service. However, it is more than just a simple desire to help others, "Seva” is actually composed of two words, “saha,” which means “with that,” and “eva,” which means “too.” Taken as a whole, the word “seva” means “together with” and describes the actions that seek collective uplifting through understanding the needs of others and are based on togetherness and integration. It is an expression of compassion for others and a genuine desire to help those around you.
