We are a self service healing center where you can heal mentally, physically, emotionally and more! We are here to help you have an amazing relaxation experience with our state of the art equipment! We don't do manicures, pedicures or hot tub soaks here.😯 What we do is introduce you to many forms of relaxation, such as our 4D massage chairs, salt saunas, vibracoustic lounge beds and multiple small devices specifically designed to help you relax, rejuvenate and recharge! I would like to announce that April will be the last month for Myne Body & Soul. I would like to say thank you to everyone who supported and believed in us these past two years. The equipment and technology are truly revolutionary, and I'm glad that we got to do some healing TOGETHER! I could go on and on about the amazing testimonies that come out of these rooms! And can go on where things could have gone differently to ensure a different outcome.
So I will just let people know it is down to only one RESET ROOM now! And everything is by appointment only for this last month! So, if you still want to experience a breakthrough for your mind, body, and soul, then now is the time!

Also want to note that the closing is strictly for Myne Body & Soul and the self-service relaxation rooms and has no interference with the future services of the other technicians in the center. We are separate entities. They are still available for their services for this month as well as for future self-care needs!

I would just like to say thank you again. This truly breaks my heart, but we got people talking! We got people to come out and not be afraid to say they're not okay. And we got some people to come out asking how can we help? So this may not have turned out as I planned, but I promise that we still won. Not by the eye. But by helping build a stronger foundation for this community. And that lives on forever.

Happy Heavenly Birthday Mz. Jazz! I know most of you called Jazmine Jazzy. I may have been the only person to ever call her Mz. Jazz. I wasn’t the party friend, the chill hangout friend, or the wild crazy friend. I was the vent friend. I was the friend that she came to when she had given her last to someone else. I was the friend that she didn’t feel that she had to keep smiling for. We would recharge together listening to Solfeggio frequencies and talking about muscle memory. We talked about the stigma of mental illness and how some people feel it’s not okay to not be okay. We talked about how a lot of people get really good at hiding their pain behind the most beautiful smile and the hugs that help others to not feel as much pain.

Mz. Jazz taught me so much! It’s okay to not be okay. It’s okay to be a work in progress. It’s okay to set boundaries to limit access to yourself for people who don’t respect your boundaries. It’s okay to schedule me time. It’s okay to cry or be mad or feel any emotion that you are feeling. It’s okay to ask for help!
