There are different types of exfoliation and ALL of them are important.

🧖🏼‍♀️ Chemical exfoliation can be done everyday by using cleansers that have the right kinds of acids in them, or in office every 6-12 weeks by getting chemical peels. We do free consultations to assess your skin type and determine which peels and frequency is right for you.

🧖🏼‍♀️ Physical exfoliation can and should be done at home 2-3 times weekly.

🧖🏼‍♀️ Manual exfoliation just depends on the type of device being used. If your using a silicone brush or something like a Clarisonic with your cleanser, it’s a great idea to use it every morning and night! Dermaplaning is something that you should just do as needed! We do that in office too! Top it with one of our hydro jelly masks and get your glow on!
