Using Contact lenses? Here’s a simple but important rule:

🚫 Don’t mix old & new solution

Always use fresh Contact lens solution when storing your lenses. Topping off yesterday’s solution can allow bacteria to grow—putting your eyes at risk for irritation or infection.

✨ Better habits for healthier eyes:
• Empty your case completely after each use
• Rinse with fresh solution (not water!)
• Let it air dry daily
• Replace your case every 3 months

Taking a few extra seconds can protect your vision and keep your eyes feeling their best 💙

👁️ What are Cataracts?

Cataracts happen when the natural lens of your eye becomes cloudy, making it harder for light to pass through clearly. As shown below, a healthy lens lets light focus sharply on the retina, while a cloudy lens scatters light—leading to blurry or dim vision.

✨ Common signs to watch for:
• Blurry or cloudy vision
• Trouble seeing at night
• Sensitivity to light or glare
• Colors appearing faded

The good news? Cataracts are very common and treatable! A simple eye exam can catch them early, and modern treatments can restore clear vision.
