Step beyond the noise and return to yourself.

Join our Meditation Circle as we explore Pratyahara, Dharana, and Dhyana—the inner limbs of yoga that help guide us from the outside world to the inner self.

Through this 4 week series, we will introduce and practice several meditation techniques that will include breath awareness, sensory withdrawal, concentration practices, mantra, visualization, and open awareness. These tools help us work skillfully with distraction, mental chatter, and emotional clutter, meeting the mind exactly as it is.

No experience is necessary. You don’t have to “know how to meditate” to meditate - this is a shared learning space where beginners and seasoned practitioners alike are welcome. We practice together, explore together, and remember that meditation is not about doing it right, but about showing up with curiosity, patience, and compassion for yourself.

The Meditation Circle will meet every Sunday in February from 9 am - 10 am. You can also practice your new found skills in Mina’s Thursday night Yin + Yang class at 5:45 pm! Each week, Mina will incorporate the meditation techniques learned the previous Sunday into her Thursday evening class. *regular class pricing applies for Thursday evening - you may use your membership, package or drop in pricing.

There’s something extra special about Saturday morning Power when our instructors roll out their mats right alongside the community!

Class had me feeling so uplifted and excited when five of my fellow instructors showed up to Power Vinyasa this morning. AWIP instructors taking time to be students, to move, breathe, sweat, and learn side by side is how we continue to grow—on and off the mat.

We are stronger together. Supporting one another, building each other up, sharing energy, and expanding our practice as a collective. This is what community looks like, and I’m so grateful to be part of it!

Join us for a 90 min workshop dedicated to the health, strength, and awareness of your feet - the foundation of your entire body. Often overlooked, our feet play a vital role in our overall well-being!

We’ll explore gentle foot yoga practices designed to increase mobility, build strength, improve circulation, and release tension caused by daily movement, footwear, and long hours on our feet. You’ll learn simple yet effective techniques to support healthier feet, which in turn can positively influence the knees, hips, spine, and full-body alignment.

This workshop is open to all ages and all levels of foot health - whether you’re aiming to prevent future issues, ease current discomfort, enhance balance, or deepen your connection to mindful movement. Exercises are accessible, adaptable, and can be taken home as part of your self-care routine.

We’re so excited to welcome Abby Rincon to the studio! Abby will be teaching Sculpt + Strength every Tuesday at 5:30 am - a powerful way to start your day feeling strong, energized, and accomplished.

This 45-minute, non-heated strength and cardio class blends dynamic HIIT-style bursts with controlled, functional strength training to build power, endurance, and full-body strength. Expect smart movement, efficient workouts, and a boost of confidence you’ll carry with you long after class ends.

What a beautiful way to begin the new year.

We were deeply honored to hold space for our Let Go Sound Immersion & Meditation on this first day of the new year. Gathering together to pause, soften, and release felt especially meaningful as we crossed the threshold into a new chapter.

The room was filled with a sense of deep relaxation—bodies unwinding, minds quieting, and intentions gently resetting. Through sound and stillness, we created space to let go of what no longer serves and to welcome clarity, calm, and possibility for the year ahead.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts and a willingness to rest, reflect, and begin again.

Starting the year in this way was a powerful reminder that sometimes the most transformative thing we can do is simply slow down and listen.

As the New Year begins, we invite you to pause and reflect on what you truly want to cultivate in your life and in your practice. This recipe will set you on the path!

Set your intention — choose a feeling, a quality, or a focus that aligns with your personal goals, whether that’s strength, ease, consistency, balance, or simply showing up for yourself more often.

Remove obstacles — notice the habits, beliefs, or expectations that have been holding you back, and give yourself permission to let them go.

Be courageous — honor the bravery it takes to try something new, stay committed, or keep going even when it feels uncomfortable.

Celebrate your achievements — acknowledge how far you’ve come, not just where you’re headed. Progress looks different for everyone.

Share generosity — extend patience and kindness to yourself first, then let it ripple outward to others.
