Join our Meditation Circle as we explore Pratyahara, Dharana, and Dhyana—the inner limbs of yoga that help guide us from the outside world to the inner self.
Through this 4 week series, we will introduce and practice several meditation techniques that will include breath awareness, sensory withdrawal, concentration practices, mantra, visualization, and open awareness. These tools help us work skillfully with distraction, mental chatter, and emotional clutter, meeting the mind exactly as it is.
No experience is necessary. You don’t have to “know how to meditate” to meditate - this is a shared learning space where beginners and seasoned practitioners alike are welcome. We practice together, explore together, and remember that meditation is not about doing it right, but about showing up with curiosity, patience, and compassion for yourself.
The Meditation Circle will meet every Sunday in February from 9 am - 10 am. You can also practice your new found skills in Mina’s Thursday night Yin + Yang class at 5:45 pm! Each week, Mina will incorporate the meditation techniques learned the previous Sunday into her Thursday evening class. *regular class pricing applies for Thursday evening - you may use your membership, package or drop in pricing.
