We Care...
Heart 2 Heart was founded a few years ago by a woman who dreamed of helping people. Her goal was to provide care to people in their homes so they were not moved to a nursing home or other facility away from their family. She began her journey by caring for a few families on her own, then she realized she wanted to do more! That is the moment she began the journey to start Heart 2 Heart Home Health Care.
Our staff are well experienced in home health care, working in nursing homes, as well as providing the tender touch to the family when dealing with end of life care. We are here to provide care to Salina and the surrounding counties. These counties include: Clay, Cloud, Dickinson, Ellsworth, Geary, McPherson, Ottawa, and Riley.
Here at Heart 2 Heart we treat our clients and staff as a family. We want our client’s families to know that they are in good hands when choosing us. caring staff are treated like family and will treat each and every client like family as well.
