We are the coolest kids on the block today! We celebrated National Frozen Custard Day with Freddy's, and then Pete's Creek came and filled our ears with fun, upbeat music! Larry, HWD, and Kylie, CNA, cut a rug, and everyone loved the show!

We had a delicious lunch at Los Tres Oros today! It was such a good time! Then we wrapped up our afternoon with Kathy allowing us to show her pup Skeeter lots of love and attention!

Ashley Bauck, our corporate nurse, brought down the slip 'n slide for us and her kiddos to help! We beat the heat with water guns, slide pulls, and snacks and drinks provided by our amazing partners! Our residents had a blast!

Hello, have you missed us?

We have been having so much fun at Brookdale Fairdale lately, it was hard to decide which photos to share!

We decided to start with our Independence Day Senior Games and BBQ. We had an afternoon of fun and games and good food, followed by an evening under the stars and fireworks as we watched Salina's own Skyfire. We have also enjoyed National Hot Dog, which was also a very special birthday as Margaret celebrated her 91st birthday! And we visited the Animal Shelter and dropped off donations for Kitten Day!

We also enjoyed some music while getting tattoos! National Tattoo Day was one for the books!

We've been so busy and loving every second of it! There will be much more to come!

April Showers bring May flowers and so much more fun. We helped a staff member make her prom bouquet, May Day baskets, and a Kentucky Derby party with hats. Today our CNAs got them out to enjoy the sun.
