Our Story

Compass Medical Provider has strived to obtain an excellent reputation by caring for the Solider and improving medical readiness. Our expertise and drive permit us to coordinate mission’s from start to finish. Compass Medical team past performance working the structure and design of the missions from scrubbing the soldiers IMR, to setting up task force, the mission stations, expediting efficiency in the flow of the mission to the post mission data entry in MWDE, MEDPROS, E-Case, MHA, and medial record uploads in HRR. We have successfully completed over 500 PHA events for over 8000 Soldiers. Our dedicated staff is trained, organized and attentive to all Army and Air Regulations that encompass soldier readiness.

Our medical professionals are current in required credentials and certified in the Army requirements: HIPAA Certified, OPSE Training, AT Level 1 Training, I Watch Training, Current CAC and Access, and Current Secret Clearance.

We have employee subject matter experts in understanding the 40-501, medical records AR 40-66 and several other required regulations. This includes MOS, MEDPROS, MHA, MWDE, E-Profile, MEDCHARTS, E-case, HRR, DENCLASS, DOEHRS, HRR Scan/Index/Validate, IT Services, Medical Review, medical services, dental services, and audiology.
