Regular screenings, like Pap smears, can help detect changes early, before they become a bigger problem.

On Saturday morning part of our team participated in the Salina Crossroads 1/2 marathon! We walked, we jogged, and we got a little wind blown but we had a great time together! 🏃‍♀️💨
