I am so stoked to Get Back To It!
Starting NEXT Week 05/04:

Every Monday & Wednesday 7pm at Cherokee Nation’s Amo Salina Health Center

AND

Saturday 9am at Inner Light Yoga - Outdoor Yoga Under the Pines

ALL Classes are Beginner Friendly and Will be Mixed Up w/ some Gentle Classes, some Deep Stretch Classes, and Maybe Even a Few Vinyasa Style Classes….I’ll Cue Modifications and Have Props Always Available of Course!

I am So excited to Announce that beginning in May I will be Teaching Yoga Every Monday & Wednesday Evening at 7pm at the Cherokee Nation AMO Salina Health Center!
Practice will be a Mix of Gentle Yoga, Deep Stretch, and Vinyasa Style Classes. I Will Offer Modifications and Props to Accommodate Beginners as Well as more Advanced Students.
If you haven’t Been to the New Facility you are missing out!
I’m Looking forward to Sharing the Practice of Yoga with EveryBODY!
