We have been lied to!!!!! Fats are not bad for you!!! The right fats that is! Go back to nature and get out of the food factory substances! Beef, Pork, Chicken, Fish, eggs , avocados, nuts and then all the veggies you can take. Trust me. My 305lbs life to my 195 lb life, and the cholesterol levels, lipoprotein markers and coronary calcium scans have never looked better!! Eat nature!
