Due to family and some exciting projects in the works, we’ll be scaling back just a bit on our Throw Downs!

Don’t worry—we’re still here 💃🏽 Just be sure to check the schedule each month as class offerings may vary.

I’m SO excited to start sharing what I’ve been working on behind the scenes… more mindset, energy, and overall wellness support is coming your way ✨

My goal is to create a more well-rounded experience that helps you truly shift habits and feel your best—not just during class, but in your everyday life.

To simplify everything moving forward:

🔥 Throw Down Pricing:
(EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY)
• $10 per class
• $50 unlimited monthly
• Minimum of 8 classes per month

Because every voice carries a story worth sharing.

This event is intentionally designed to help meet mental health needs in the Salina community — and that matters.

The theme centers on survival, resilience, and leadership through life-altering challenges… and reinforces agency, dignity, and lasting impact.

And this one is personal for me — it’s my first speaking event in my adult life. 🥹
I would absolutely love your support in that room.
