This quarter, our team at Salina Ortho came together to support The Period Project through a clinic-wide donation drive.

Many people don’t realize that 1 in 4 students in the U.S. struggle to afford period supplies. It’s a need that often goes unseen, yet it can affect a student’s confidence, comfort, and ability to fully show up at school. The Period Project helps by providing essential products directly to local schools, making a real difference where it’s needed most.

Because of the generosity of our staff, we were able to donate over $500 worth of supplies. Seeing our team come together, each person contributing in their own way, was a powerful reminder that small actions add up to meaningful change.

Crew is officially back on track! 🏁 After taking a tumble off the bleachers and fracturing his forearm, he got his cast off just one month later.

We think his checkered flag says it all, this little racer just crossed the finish line! 🏎️💨

Dr. Kindel had the chance to reconnect with Roger, who came in for his one-year checkup after his total hip replacement. When we first met Roger, he was struggling to walk comfortably and had to give up riding his motorcycle, something he absolutely loves. The pain was getting worse and limiting more and more of his daily life.

One year later… Roger is back on his feet, moving comfortably, and enjoying the things that bring him joy again. 🚴‍♂️

At Salina Ortho, our goal is simple: to help you return to the life you love. That doesn’t always mean surgery, but it does mean making sure you understand every option available so you can choose what’s right for your journey.

Salina Ortho had the honor of providing breakfast at this month’s Vet to Vet Café at the VFW! 🇺🇸

Hosted every month on the 2nd Wednesday at 9 a.m., this event, organized by Gentiva Hospice and the VFW POST 1432 Salina, KS, brings local veterans together for fellowship, connection, and camaraderie.

We were proud to share how Salina Ortho helps streamline care for our veterans and provide insight into our Orthopedic, Physical Therapy, and Imaging services.
