It was an EGG-STRA special day in King City yesterday at Special Kids Connect's Annual Spring Resource Fair for Special Needs Families/Feria de recursos para familias con necesidades especiales. The Easter Bunny was kept busy as families were treated to fun activities and resources from Breathe California of the Bay Area, California Autism Professional Training and Information Network (CAPTAIN), Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County (CAPSLO), Catholic Charities Diocese of Monterey, Central California Alliance for Health (CCAH), Central Coast ABA, Coastal Kids Home Care, First Tee Monterey County, Housing Choices, Monterey County Free Libraries - King City Branch, Monterey County SELPA, Natividad Hospital, NCI Affiliates, Inc., New Perspectives, Inc., Partnership for Children, San Andreas Regional Center, Sun Street Centers, Tucci Learning Solutions, Inc. , and Valley Health Associates. Our participants have been hard at work creating and hand-painting beautiful succulent pots to sell. Stop by our booth to see their creativity in action and help encourage confidence and independence through this hands-on experience.
