I have been doing massage and bodywork for 28 years starting in Bay Area and now in Salinas, CA
I was trained at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, CA where I studied Jin Shin, Barefoot Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Zen Shiatsu. I studied Hatha yoga with Gay White, Richard Rosen, Mary Lou Weparin in Berkeley and Sandi O’Neal in Salinas. I was an herbal apprentice of Catherine Abbey Rich in Marin for several years. Death Doula for 28 years. Birth Doula for 22 years. Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wittenberg University

Home again after good rest, food and inspiration from 🇵🇪 Peru. Loved the spiritual aspects of the people, the land, the mountains…The food was fantastic as well. Now is integration time. Journaling, meditation and hiking. Feeling absolutely grateful.
