I have been doing massage and bodywork for 28 years starting in Bay Area and now in Salinas, CA
I was trained at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, CA where I studied Jin Shin, Barefoot Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Zen Shiatsu. I studied Hatha yoga with Gay White, Richard Rosen, Mary Lou Weparin in Berkeley and Sandi O’Neal in Salinas. I was an herbal apprentice of Catherine Abbey Rich in Marin for several years. Death Doula for 28 years. Birth Doula for 22 years. Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wittenberg University
