A little expose and bond to bring that tooth to the spotlight 🤩
Dr. Estrada exposes the tooth by gently uncovering it from the gum using a laser, she bonds a small bracket, then uses braces or aligners to slowly guide it into place. It helps bring in teeth that didn’t erupt on their own 🦷✨

NO tooth extraction ✅
This patient came to us with severe crowding due to a narrow pallet. In many cases this patient could have been treated with teeth extractions and/or surgery. We avoided both with a M.A.R.P.E expander, making room for all of those beautiful teeth and then straightened everything out with clear aligners. And to finish off, a little laser gingivectomy to bring a nice symmetry.

Transformation Tuesday‼️🤩

This patient came in with severely narrow arches causing crowding and flaring of the teeth. MARPE + Aligner + commited patient = Amazing results! 🤩. We aren’t even done yet but had to share 🤗❤️
