every yoga instructor I know says that the 200 hour training changed their life (and I feel the same way). Even if you don’t necessarily want “to teach” it will take your yoga journey —-And tour journey closer to yourself —-to new heights.

Happy One Year Anniversary YogaSix Highland Creek!
My journey with this studio began as a founding member. A few months later, I became a teacher, and about six months after that, I became the Lead Teacher & Community Outreach Coordinator for the studio.
The staff is so amazing! The members are the best! I do feel like it’s one of my homes and happy places, and an extension of my family.
I have learned and grown so much.
Thank you to everyone who is a part.
I am truly grateful and appreciative of all of you warriors!
We’re all stuck inside during basically what we could call a blizzard🥶 , but my heart is warm with each and everyone of you on my mind today. 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

Our Story

Delirium Fitness is a locally and privately owned boutique fitness studio. We offer something for everyone - circuits, indoor cycling, yoga, personal training and corporate fitness training. Also onsite are partners offering nutrition services and massage therapy. Come check us out!
