Kids Yoga - 4 sessions at Yogacentric in August
Flow2Grow Yoga Comes to YogaCentric : Explore Our NEW Children's Yoga Classes
As part of Flow2Grow Youth Yoga & Creative Arts, is coming to Yogacentric! These themed yoga experiences are more than just movement—they’re powerful tools for nurturing mental, emotional, and social health (MESH) in a playful, welcoming environment. Led by certified children’s yoga instructor Gaynor Meilke, each class weaves together storytelling, mindfulness, and movement to help children connect with themselves and each other. Whether your campers need to slow down, get energized, feel empowered, or express their creativity, there’s something here for every little yogi.
Sloth Slow Flow - August 2nd, 1-2 pm
In this calming, cozy class, children move through gentle yoga poses at a sloth’s pace—slow, steady, and soothing. With plenty of time to stretch, breathe, and unwind, little yogis learn to relax their bodies and calm their minds while connecting with the lovable spirit of our slow-moving jungle friend.
Swift Serenity – Taylor Swift Yoga - August 9th, 1-2 pm
Strike a pose and shake it off! This feel-good flow blends empowering movements with the inspiration of Taylor Swift’s most uplifting themes (minus the heartbreak). Through themed yoga games, movement, and music, kids explore confidence, self-expression, and friendship—Swifty-style.
Birds Are the Word - August 16th, 1-2 pm
Soar, stretch, and flap! In this imaginative class, children mimic the movements of birds big and small—from proud peacocks to playful penguins. Through creative movement, breathwork, and storytelling, they'll develop balance, coordination, and a deeper appreciation for our feathered friends.
Rainbow Rejuvenation - August 23rd, 1-2 pm
Each color of the rainbow brings a special kind of magic! Kids embark on a vibrant yoga journey through color-themed poses, mindfulness moments, and imaginative play. This class fosters self-expression, emotional awareness, and inner peace—like a beautiful rainbow after the rain.
Each session includes themed stories and crafts to enhance learning, imagination, and creative expression.
