Job Summary
This position will assist the HR Manager is administering all employment policies and health care administration. This role will also be responsible for greeting all ASP guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Duties / Responsibilities
• Assist in management of employee benefit program
• Enroll and terminate employees from benefit platforms
• Onboard new employee paperwork
• Scrub monthly invoices
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Act as first point of contact in the office, greeting clients and visitors
• Coordinate visitor lunches, reservations, and conference room prep (cleaning, stocking supplies)
• Receive all deliveries from UPS, USPS, FedEx etc.
• Package and ship out all outbound shipments (samples, boxes etc.)
• Upload and assist purchasing and accounting with obtaining packing slips
• Manage inventory of office supplies, including ordering supplies
• Manage printer program
• Assist with Companywide communications/postings and other tasks assigned by HR Manager

Required Skills / Abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
